As the Head of Social Strategy for Adobe Marketing EMEA, Jeremy works with large enterprise clients to build digital marketing strategies focused around social media. Working with all full suite of products from the Adobe Marketing Cloud, Jeremy helps brands to understand complex topics such as social ROI (return on investment), NPS (net promoter score), ROPO (research online / purchase offline), attribution, social TV, multi-channel media planning and consumer behaviour.
Prior to that, Jeremy was the Head of Social Strategy at the world's biggest largest Facebook advertising agency TBG Digital, who were recently voted Agency of the year. He previously worked as Head of Social Media for Phones 4u – the UK's largest mobile phone retailer. Past credits include working with FTSE–100 organisations such as Unilever and Centrica as well as iconic brands such as Reebok, Unilever, MTV and Kellogg’s.
