About Craig Le Grice

Craig Le Grice is Chief Customer Officer at Global Blue.

Global Blue is the market leader in international shopping and travel commerce technology including tax-free shopping and dynamic currency conversion. The company serves more than 100,000 travellers every day, working with more than 280,000 merchants, in 43 countries, and is famous for its creation of tax free shopping.

Within the group, Craig is responsible for four areas of operation: Marketing Services, Traveller Marketing, Communications, and Intelligence.

Previously Chief Innovation Officer at Blue Rubicon and Global Digital Lead at WPP, Craig’s career has spanned the full breadth of the digital and marketing performance industries – from advertising to management consultancy - resulting in 13 years' experience in the communications strategy space.

Craig has worked with global brands all around the world - consulting with some of the most important technology agencies - including SapientNitro, Razorfish, Deloitte and McKinsey. His client experience is vast and covers many sectors - from technology leaders like Apple / IBM / HP and super retailers like Selfridges&Co / Harrods / Arcadia Group to FMCG giants like Unilever / P&G / Mars and lifestyle brands like British Airways / Gucci Group / Kuoni.

He contributes regularly to blogs (including industry heavyweights like TheNextWeb, UK focused Tech City News and Econsultancy), speaks at global events (from SXSW Interactive to Social Media Week and TNW Conference) and is a guest lecturer throughout the year at institutions such as NYU, University of the Arts and the University of Nottingham (MBA program) - himself being an executive graduate of Harvard Business School and MIT.
